Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an extraordinary healing tool for therapists and ley persons alike. Gary Craig EFT Site developed this technique during the early 90s after having worked for some time with TFT (Thought Field Therapy). Gary worked on creating a simpler single protocol for all issues (rather than having different protocols for different issues as in TFT). This therapy has become world renowned with therapists, healers and lay-people alike all working with this tool to change their own lives and those of others. In over 20 years of study and nine years of professional practice I have yet to see a simpler and more profound method of healing although many have tried.

Daniella has been working with EFT since 2003 and has seen profound changes take place in people as they clear often within minutes everything from Post Natal Depression, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Depression, Anxiety, R.S.I. EFT can be done face-to-face, over the phone, in a chat room or messenger service, if you have them using a headset with mic works very well. During your first session, there may be some time spent teaching you the basics unless you already know them, other than that we can jump right in.

EFT is not distressing or painful. It does not require you to delve deep into your pain, rather it only asks that you rate your distress which you can usually easily do without facing it head on - prior to tapping on different points to eradicate the turmoil within. EFT is safe and easy to use. The only thing I request is that if from this work your trauma is gone, you work with your doctor regarding any stopping any medication you may be taking for the management of the trauma.
