Here in Australia, we are starting to enjoy the cooler weather of Autumn. This is a wonderful time of preparing for the hibernation of winter, gathering the knowledge of our experiences over the past year and getting ready to sit with it, processing and integrating it until it shifts from knowledge to our own inner wisdom.

For those of you in the North, you're at a whole different time and experience. During Spring, you get to experience life from a fresh perspective, having already gathered and integrated your knowledge, you are now approaching a new round of life experience from a new, wiser focus.
