It cannot be stressed enough that you must set up your membership at the College prior to enrolling in a course. This is because for a very few people, they do not seem to be able to use the Campus system. Here are the steps:-

1. Go to the Campus and set up your login.
2. You then receive an email. Go to the email and click on the link provided to activate your account
3. Now sign in to your account and go to the forums. In the 'Open Day' forum post a message - it can say anything, even just telling us what course you are enrolling in.

Now that you have set up your account, you can immediately enrol in the course!

Faulty Account

On a very rare occasion there will be someone who is unable to create an account or have it work properly for them. This is the reason that we ask you to set up your account beforehand and test it to ensure it is working correctly. Also, even more rarely is the occurrence where someone will have an account that works well for a period of time but then plays up. Please understand that whilst the College will work within reason to remedy this problem, it is not the fault or responsibility of the college, or Goddess Productions or Daniella Breen. The problem lies with the clients computer or ISP. This has been clarified as admin members are able to sign into the 'problem' accounts and move around in all areas without difficulty. Although we are unable to remedy this situation, the College is very happy to provide private tutoring and support, also the student will have full access to any chat sessions relevant to their course.

Course Enrolment

Please read the relevant information about the individual course you are interested in prior to enrolling. Make sure that you have fulfilled all prerequisites before signing up.

Payment

All fees and charges are set in Australian Dollars. To calculate how much that is for you, go to www.xe.com.

Payment options for international students is everything available through Paypal. Most credit cards, and if you have a Paypal account, you can pay using that. Paypal.

Refunds

It is not the policy of this College to supply refunds once you have received the course material or have been signed in to the relevant forum where material access is available. So make certain that you have a fully functioning membership and all relevant prerequisites have been fulfilled (all prerequisite information is provided on the Course page), prior to paying for the course. If you are uncertain, please contact the College and ask the relevant questions.

Course Function

The Discussion Forum in your course area, is the place to ask questions, clarify points, share ideas and discuss points of interest. Please do not contact the teacher directly unless your question is too personal for viewing amongst other students. We do understand that due to the content and the personal nature of the courses, there may be sensitive issues involved, if this is the case, then please contact the teacher directly rather than discussing the subject on the forum.

Course Exams

All exams are open book and completed in your own time. They are merely designed to ensure that you understand the content and have experienced the practical applications of the tools and information supplied. There are only two possible outcomes - pass or not pass. If you don't pass, you will be told where you've fallen down and given plenty of opportunity to re-admit your assignment. You can re-admit your assignment as often as needed - as long as you are showing that you are making a genuine attempt to correct and consider the suggestions with each submission.

On-Going Membership

Once you are enrolled in a Course, you will have permanent membership for as long as you follow the guidelines (see below) and the College is in existence. This membership will include access to any updated manuals and information for your course, as well as interaction in the forums and chat rooms.

Student Guidelines

Any person who enrols in any course held by The Shaman Goddess College will be known, from this point forward as the Student.

All students are expected to conduct themselves with dignity, respect and honour at all times whilst at any part of the College - this includes how they speak about themselves, about others, to others, in reference to others. It also includes, but is not limited to speaking in terms and methods deemed offensive by other students, prefects, teachers or the principal. Put simply - if you are behaving or speaking offensively - you will be expelled without refund.

As students, you are given access to copyrighted material by way of course manuals, articles and so on. Your access to this material depends upon your paid enrolment in the appropriate course. This material is not available outside of these courses without express approval of the author! Please do not share this material with anyone unless the author has given their express approval. If anyone is found to have shared this material without said approval, they may find themselves under legal pursuit and will find themselves expelled immediately without refund. Please respect the work that we do.

Completing the course you are studying does not give you rights to teach that material or use the name of the course to teach any material. Should you wish to teach any aspect of what you have learnt here you must first ask for permission from admin, then acknowledge the specific material as property of Goddess Productions. This information does not apply to those who have completed the teaching level of that course in that case, guidelines are provided with the course.
